The Grind Brown Ale

ABV - 5.2% | IBU - 25 | SRM - 18

The Grind is an oatmeal brown ale with coffee and little lactose. The thought was to use coffee as a malt in order to get a cold brew kiss at the end of the beer. We worked with a local coffee provider to calculate proper grind and steep time on the coffee during the whirlpool which made this beer an easy drinking and light brown ale. At 5.1% ABV and just a kiss of coffee this easy drinker is all about “The Grind”.

Hopsurdity Double IPA

ABV - 7.9% | IBU - 80 | SRM - 6

We are excited to share with everyone our first cross-country collaboration beer. Our friends from Geaux Brewing in Bellevue, WA came home to visit and brought a huge bag of Mosaic Lupilin hop dust. Yes you read that correct, hop dust.
In true fashion of how these two fly together Justin & Jeremy threw together a ridiculous hop bill on the fly and came up with what we think is a beer grounded in pure Hopsurdity. There are about 3lbs of hops per pound in the boil and an absurd amount in the double dry-hopping process including more of that juicy lupilin dust. Get ready to be lost to Hopsurdity.

You Don't Own Mean

ABV - 7.2% | IBU - 28 | SRM - 9

A few weeks back we hosted the ladies from the Louisiana beer scene in to brew their beer and that beer is ready! This dry-hopped Braggot style ale was brewed with copious amounts of honey and fermented with an english yeast to produce a rich but dry and drinkable old world ale. Remember fellas, You Don't Own Mead.....
A portion of proceeds from this beer will go back to The Pink Boots Society which was created to assist, inspire & encourage women beer industry professionals to advance their careers through education.
